## Certified before it fuels anything

The complete superstructure design is certified to **AS 2809, AS 1692, AS 4100 and AS 3990**. Hydraulic systems are MDG41 compliant. Every module is designed and manufactured in our own facility. The same discipline we apply to protective structures applies to everything that carries fuel.

## Built around the service crew

### Diesel fast fill

Multiple fill options from **120 to 800 litres per minute**, with fast-fill shut-off valves and electronic pressure release.

### High-volume grease

**High-pressure grease delivery with remote-controlled release**, high volume where the service schedule demands it.

### MDG41 hydraulics

Simultaneous multi-function operation, **remote-controlled hose rewind**, hydraulic-driven screw compressor and pressure washer with lance.

### Filtration and sampling

**Donaldson and Parker filtration**, push-button service oil sampling ports, and Banlaw crankcase receivers fitted to all product tanks.

### IP67 electrical

Electronic level sensors with visual sight glass, LED lighting, Deutsch connectors with detector light, and a **triple-insulated plug-and-play harness**. Enclosures rated to IP67.

### Modular fluid design

**Different fluid options on one platform** (diesel, oils, coolant, grease, waste) with fold-out decks and ergonomic reel layouts. Optional fire suppression. Custom configurations engineered to your service schedule.

### Serviceable by design

**Hoist body for chassis access**, drain points, and an ergonomic filtration layout with a central walkway. Built for the people who work on it.

### Fleet system integration

Ready for **fleet and fuel management system integration**, dispensing data where your site systems expect it.

### Certified structure

Complete superstructure certified to AS 2809, AS 1692, AS 4100 and AS 3990, designed and documented in-house.

### Coating system

Two-pac polyurethane coating system throughout. Stainless steel hydraulic components in the fluid circuits.

### Platform fit

Modular units accommodate CAT and Komatsu dumptruck platforms across makes and models. Custom platforms on request.
