Machine coverage
One library. Every fleet.
17 product categories and 1,342 engineered designs in this family alone, every one backed by a QMW engineering drawing. If your machine isn't in the library, we design against the standard it has to survive, then break one to prove it.
- Truck (on-road) ROPS / FOPS308 designs
- Excavator ROPS / FOPS262 designs
- Roller ROPS / FOPS194 designs
- Loader ROPS / FOPS153 designs
- Other machine ROPS / FOPS94 designs
- Dumptruck ROPS / FOPS70 designs
- Dozer ROPS / FOPS63 designs
- Tractor ROPS / FOPS60 designs

Why QMW
Designed. Tested. Proven.
Designed in-house
Over 2000 ROPS and ROPS/FOPS designs in our library, with new designs added continually. Every structure is modelled against the standard it must survive before steel is cut.
Destructively tested
Loaded past the point of failure in our NATA-accredited laboratory, because the only way to prove a cab protects an operator is to break one deliberately.
Installed anywhere
QMW site crews install ROPS anywhere in the world. From single machines to whole-fleet programmes, on your site and on your schedule.
Supply-only ready
A comprehensive installation procedure manual ships with every ROPS model, so your own crews can install on a supply-only basis with full confidence.
How a structure earns its plate
From load case to certificate
Model the load case
Our engineers model every structure against the standard it must survive: machine mass, energy absorption, deflection limits.
Break one on purpose
The design is loaded to destruction in our NATA-accredited laboratory. No simulation stands in for steel.
Ship it with proof
Every structure leaves with the certification documents to back it. ISO 3471 compliance, documented end to end.
Also available: certified ROPS cabin repairs. Damaged protective structures assessed, repaired and re-certified rather than scrapped, where the engineering allows it.

Specifications
Machine-specific by nature
Every ROPS is engineered for a specific machine, so there is no one-size spec sheet. Send us your fleet list and we'll return certified design availability from the library, or a design-and-test programme for anything new.
