Fabrication, welding and machining
Certified pipe welding is where QMW started in 1984. Today it is a 13,000 m² facility running CNC turning and vertical machining centres, press brakes to 500 tonnes and 20 overhead and jib cranes.
Surface protection
Blast and paint
A dedicated garnet blast room and heated spray booth, coating to AS 1627.4 Sa 2.5, with the QA paperwork to back every square metre.

Engineering services
From a blank sheet of paper to commissioning: 3D CAD and FEA in Ansys and NASTRAN, run under our New Product Introduction Process so budget and schedule hold. No outsourced design.
