What we do
Capability
Blast and paint room, 20 × 12 × 8 m
A 20 × 12 × 8 m blast and paint room with its own overhead crane: big enough to blast and coat a complete ROPS structure or water tank without splitting the job.
Garnet blast room
10 × 5.5 × 5.5 m dedicated blast room with GMA garnet reclamation, blasting to AS 1627.4 class Sa 2.5.
Heated spray booth
10 × 5 × 6 m environmentally friendly, positive-pressure semi-downdraft heated booth.
Coating workshops
Two additional coating workshops (220 m² and 77 m²), the larger with a 5-tonne overhead crane, plus a heated high-pressure water blast shed.
Coating systems
Automotive polyurethanes, zinc-rich epoxy primers, high-build zinc phosphates, epoxies and catalysed acrylics. Full colour-matching tint system for mine site colours.
QA reporting
Optional full reports: ambient and surface temperature, cleanliness to AS 1627.9, residual chloride testing, surface profile and coating thickness to Australian Standards.
Galvanising
Hot-dip galvanising arranged through local specialists when the job calls for it.
Three forklifts and a 10-tonne yard crane keep heavy items moving. Most fabrications are blasted and coated without leaving the site.
