Built for mine site demands
Premium cannon system
CAT WDS or 3″ stainless steel ADE water cannon: high-capacity long-throw spray with full joystick control and adjustable spray patterns.
GPS spray system
GPS-controlled rear spray with metered, spot, zig-zag and flood modes. Auto shut-off at low speed, touch display, digital tank gauge, diagnostics and USB data logging.
Hoist locking pin
Front-mounted electric actuated pin secures the tank in a roll-over event and prevents hoisting while the tank contains water.
Split rear pivot
Engineered mount allows lifting and placement without working under a suspended load, critical for safe, compliant maintenance access.
Tilt stay bar
Provides additional safety control when servicing in the tilted position. Stows securely when not in use. Engineered to the same standard as the core module.
Integrated hydraulics
Truck hoist pump supplies hydraulic power via the hoist valve circuit. All return and case drain oil feeds directly to the CAT hydraulic tank. No auxiliary reservoir required.
Cameras and LED lamps
Integrated reverse camera linked to the truck's on-board display. Rear and forward LED work lamps illuminate the fill funnel and spray bar area.
Safe tank access
Folding stairs for compliant roof access. Rated harness anchor points on both tank roof and underside for safe elevated maintenance work.

Coating system
Surface preparation
AS 1627.2 Class 2.5 grit blast on all carbon steel. Stainless steel pipework and fasteners throughout all fluid circuits.
External coating
Dulux Durepon EZP primer with Weathermax HBR topcoat. Superior corrosion and UV resistance. Custom mine site colours available.
Internal coating
Duremax GFX internal system. Hot-dip galvanised auxiliary fittings. Designed for continuous water contact with minimal maintenance overhead.

Fabricated steel shield protecting the cannon mount from high-pressure spray and debris deflection during haul cycle operation.

Channel-section guard protecting the tank level sensor and ball valve assembly from impact and operational debris on site.
